On November 5, Dr. Douglas Yates participated in a conference at (Institut Fran莽ais des Relations Internationales), the oldest French think tank, created in 1979 and dedicated to research and debate in international affairs. This one-day conference was about Gabon, with a focus on the government transition and the future perspectives and challenges that Gabon faces at the social, economic and international levels.
