He then went on to serve in various senior and executive positions for leading private educational institutions including Ionis, Ynov, Studialis Galileo, and INSEEC U where he served as Director of the Masters and MBA programs in Paris, Lyons and London.

Dr. Nicolas holds a Master's degree in Management and a doctoral degree in Humanities and Social Sciences with a specialization in Sociology of Management.
