This book offers a thorough examination of the United States' judicial system, which is one of the most complex in the world. The first part of the book is devoted to the "Common law" tradition 鈥� which this system follows 鈥� through the examination of the British judiciary from which this tradition is inherited. AGS brought me closer to the world, and to those multinational perspectives that always tended to evade a simple islander.
